Though the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, which left us uncomfortably cold at night, our overall experience was still delightful.

The complimentary room upgrade was a delightful surprise. The chef's personalized greeting and excellent Italian cuisine at the restaurant truly made our stay memorable.

Everything beautiful balcony view

The luxury suite was beautiful, but the air-conditioner needed fixing.

The breakfast spread was mouthwatering, with local flavors dancing on my palate at every bite. The bar lounge scene was vibrant, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures. My luxury suite offered a jaw-dropping view of the ocean that made every sunset a masterpiece.

Though the late-night bass beats from locals can be a buzzkill, it's just part of the Loreto scene. Also, missing complimentary drinking water in the room was a bit weird.

Great views and an attentive staff made for a memorable experience. The ocean view room was spacious and had a consistently hot shower, a highlight after poor experiences at other accommodations. Chef Claudio’s brick oven pizza was a standout dish, along with the excellent mezcalitas at the bar. However, I wish there was a gym available for guests, and the air conditioning in the room was too cold at times. Still, Javier's hospitality made our stay special.

Exceptional service, stunning ocean views.

The hotel offered beautiful views and superb dining options, particularly at Los Olivos, with attentive staff throughout my visit. However, a rude receptionist dampened the experience, and some rooms lacked the promised amenities until an inconvenient relocation. Still, I'd return for the exceptional food and scenery.

The Luxury Suite with Ocean View exceeded my expectations. The spaciousness and comfort were incredible. The bed felt like I was sleeping on clouds, and having a large balcony overlooking the pool and Sea of Cortez was a major highlight. The views are something I could admire for hours. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, with thoughtful touches like towel animals that made me smile. Javier stood out as a fantastic employee, always friendly and eager to ensure I enjoyed my stay. I did encounter some issues with the air conditioning. it couldn't be adjusted to a warmer setting, and I ended up freezing my first night. The restaurant was wonderful, but I found the wood-fired pizza place didn't open for lunch until 2 PM, which was disappointing as I left before then. Also, it would be nice to have drinking water in the rooms, as this is often standard in other hotels. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was lovely.
